县域发展视角下的四川省产业集群效应研究

摘　　要：产业集群对经济高质量发展有重要促进作用,未来如何进一步发挥县域的载体作用;促进产业集群效应;提升各类产业结构之间的协调发展仍然是推进经济增长的难题之一。本文对四川省五个区域183个县域单元产业集聚度进行测算和评估,研究结果表明:四川省具有明显的区域集聚效应,资源向成都为中心的城市集聚现象更为突出,全省县域经济发展存在着严重的不平衡,全要素生产率、产业相似度与县域产业集聚呈现正向相关作用。Industrial clusters play an important role in promoting high-quality economic development.A key challenge for the future efforts is how to further leverage the country-level carrier role to foster industrial cluster effects and enhance the coordinated development of various industrial structures,which remains one of the difficulties in boosting economic growth.This paper measures and evaluates the industrial agglomeration degree of 183 county units in five regions of Sichuan Province.The findings indicate that(1)Sichuan exhibits a significant regional agglomeration effect,with a more pronounced trend of resource concentration in cities centered around Chengdu;(2)there exists a severe imbalance in the economic development of counties throughout the province;(3)total factor productivity,industry similarity and county-level industrial cluster show a positive correlation.
