高旧料掺量高模量再生沥青混合料的动态模量与抗裂性能研究

摘  要:比较了分级再生法与传统再生法所制备高旧料掺量高模量再生沥青混合料的微观界面差异,制备了不同旧料掺量、不同目标级配、有无再生剂、不同新沥青类型、有无高模量剂下的高旧料掺量再生混合料,测试了其动态模量、弛豫谱参数、G-R常数、R值等参数,明确了各试样的模量与抗裂性能,研究了不同参数之间的相关关系。结果表明,分级再生法提高了新旧料之间的混溶性,提升了高模量混合料的抗裂性能;随旧料掺量的增大,高模量再生混合料的模量增大,抗裂性能降低;添加再生剂提高了抗裂性能但降低了模量,添加高模量剂提高了模量但抗裂性能减弱;在分级再生中将高模量剂先和粗旧料与新集料共同拌和,可提升再生混合料的抗裂性能;G-R参数与R值有很好的对数线性相关性,动态模量和弛豫谱交叉频率参数呈现较好的负相关关系。In this paper,the micro interface difference between high modulus recycled asphalt mixtures with high RAP content prepared by graded regeneration method and traditional regeneration method is compared.High modulus recycled asphalt mixtures with high RAP content with different RAP content,target gradation,with or without rejuvenator,different virgin asphalt types,and with or without high modulus agent are prepared.The dynamic modulus,relaxation spectrum parameters,GR constant,R-value and other parameters are tested,and the modulus and crack resistance performance of different mixtures are clarified.The correlation between different parameters is studied.The results show that the graded regeneration method can improve the miscibility between virgin materials and RAP,which enhances the crack resistance performance of high modulus mixtures.With the increase of RAP content,the modulus of high modulus recycled mixture increases and the crack resistance performance decreases.Adding rejuvenators can improve the crack resistance but reduce the modulus,while adding high modulus agents can increase the modulus but weaken the crack resistance.Mixing high modulus agent with coarse RAP and virgin aggregate in graded regeneration can improve the crack resistance of the recycled mixture.There is a good logarithmic linear correlation between GR parameters and R-values,while there is a good negative correlation between dynamic moduli and relaxation spectrum parameters.
