摘 要:沥青路面就地热再生技术是一种高效环保的预防性养护技术,但过高的RAP掺量对沥青混合料的路用性能存在着较大影响。因此,对6种不同热铣刨RAP掺量(0、60%、70%、80%、90%、100%)下的就地热再生沥青混合料进行配合比设计及路用性能研究,通过模拟热氧老化工况研究70%RAP掺量下的热再生沥青混合料短期及长期老化后的路用性能劣化。研究发现,随着RAP掺量的提高,就地热再生沥青混合料的高温性能得到提升,而低温抗裂性能和水稳定性能小幅度下降。此外,老化后沥青混合料的低温和水稳定性能远低于未老化对照组,且随着老化温度的提升和时间的增长,再生混合料老化程度逐渐加深,高温性能指标仍有小幅度的提高,而低温抗裂性和水稳定性呈现出大幅下降的趋势。The hot-in-place recycling technology of asphalt pavement is an efficient and environment friendly preventive maintenance technology,but too high RAP content will have a great impact on the road performance of asphalt mixture.Therefore,in this paper,the mix ratio design and road performance study of geothermal reclaimed asphalt mixture under 6 different RAP content(0,60%,70%,80%,90%,100%)in hot milling are carried out.The road performance deterioration of reclaimed mixture under 70%RAP content after short-term and long-term aging is studied by simulating the thermal oxygen aging condition.It is found that with the increase of RAP content,the high temperature performance of geothermal reclaimed asphalt mixture is improved,while the low temperature crack resistance and water stability are decreased slightly.In addition,the low temperature and water stability performance of asphalt mixture after aging is much lower than that of non-aging control group,and with the increase of aging temperature and time,the aging degree of recycled mixture is gradually deepened,and the high temperature performance index still has a small increase,while the low temperature crack resistance and water stability show a significant decline trend.
