摘  要:绍兴越东大桥主桥为主跨400 m的双塔双索面叠合梁半飘浮体系斜拉桥,索塔采用小曲率水滴形钢筋混凝土结构,塔高143.258 m,由塔柱、上横梁、下横梁及塔冠等部分组成。索塔塔柱分为27个节段,标准节段长6 m,采用液压爬模施工。施工时,制作楔形木条通过木钉将木条与面板及木梁固定,并对爬模模板进行切割。在两塔肢间设4道临时横撑,按施工阶段对塔肢进行主动顶推。下横梁采取落地式钢管支架施工,横梁混凝土与两侧塔柱混凝土同步浇筑;上横梁采取预埋托架现浇施工,横梁混凝土与两侧塔柱混凝土异步浇筑。塔柱采用C50高性能混凝土,优化混凝土配合比并外掺聚丙烯纤维;上塔柱锚固区环向预应力采用深埋锚工艺施工。The Shaoxing Yuedong Main Bridge is a 400 m main span double-tower double-plane cablestayed bridge with composite girder and semi-floating system,and the cable-stayed pylon adopts a small curvature teardrop-shaped reinforced concrete structure,with a tower height of 143.258 m,comprising of pylon columns,upper beams,lower beams,and the crown of the pylon.The pylon columns are divided into 27 sections,with a standard section length of 6 m,and is constructed by hydraulic climbing mould.During construction,wedge-shaped wooden strips are made to be fixed with the panels and beams through wooden dowel,and the climbing formwork is cut.Four temporary cross braces are set between the two pylon limbs,and the tower limbs are actively jacked according to the construction stage.The lower crossbeam is constructed with floor-standing steel pipe supports,and the concrete of the crossbeam is poured synchronously with the concrete of the tower columns on both sides;the upper crossbeam is constructed with pre-embedded brackets cast-in-place,and the concrete of the crossbeam is poured asynchronously with the concrete of the pylon columns on both sides.The pylon column adopts C5o highperformance concrete,with optimised concrete mix ratio and polypropylene fibre mixing,and the upper pylon column anchorage area is prestressed by deep embedded anchor technology.
