摘 要:为研究跨航道钢桁浮拖架设纠偏关键控制技术,以京沪高速公路改扩建工程盐河大桥为背景,采用异位拼装、整体浮拖顶推的施工方式,统计了2组共4个千斤顶在每个行程内的位移,利用全站仪监测钢桁前端横梁中点的竖向标高以及纵(横)桥向位移,研究钢桁的行走规律,分析影响横向偏位的主要因素。结果表明,左右千斤顶之间的行走位移差异是导致钢桁梁发生横向偏位的主要因素,而水流的作用进一步加剧了这种横向偏位现象;钢桁在各加载循环内的前进距离均低于预期,最大和最小前进距离分别为156.6 mm和146.9 mm。本研究提出了千斤顶荷载~位移三折线理论模型并与实测结果进行了对比分析。根据横向偏移值逆推钢桁纵向位移差,并反算出纠偏所需的千斤顶荷载,同时结合八字锚系统的应用,成功实现了钢桁横桥向的精准纠偏。To study the key control technology for correcting lateral deviation during the floating and erection of cross-waterway steel truss bridges,the Yanhe Bridge of the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway Expansion Project is taken as the background.A construction method of off-site assembly and overall jacking is adopted.The forward displacements of 2 groups,consisting of 4 jacks,are recorded within each loading cycle.Total station equipment is used to monitor the vertical elevation of the midpoint of the steel truss's front cross beam and its lateral(longitudinal)displacement.The walking pattern of the steel truss girder is discussed,and the main factors affecting the lateral deviation is studied.The results indicate that the walking displacement differences between the left and right jacks are the primary factors leading to the lateral displacement of the steel truss beam,and the action of the water further intensifies this phenomenon of lateral displacement.The advance distances of the steel truss within each loading cycle are all lower than the predefined displacements,with the maximum and minimum advance distances being 156.6 mm and 146.9 mm,respectively.A theoretical model of jack load-displacement is proposed,which takes the form of a three-segment line,and is compared with the measured results.Based on the lateral deviation values,the longitudinal displacement difference of the steel truss is retroactively calculated,and the required jack loads for correction are inversely calculated.Furthermore,by utilizing the application of the eight-shaped anchor system,the precise correction of the lateral deviation of the steel truss is successfully achieved.
