摘 要:为解决普通承插式预制桥墩抗震性能较弱的缺点,设计了一种带墩台连接器和混凝土剪力键齿的新型承插式预制桥墩,通过拟静力试验的方式比较现浇桥墩、普通承插式预制桥墩和新型承插式预制桥墩的破坏形式、滞回曲线和骨架曲线,通过ABAQUS数值模拟的方式对新型承插式预制桥墩进行参数分析。结果表明,现浇桥墩与新型承插式预制桥墩的破坏区域均主要集中在墩柱柱脚处,而普通承插式预制桥墩的破坏区域则主要集中在灌浆料和承台处;新型承插式预制桥墩的滞回曲线和骨架曲线比普通承插式预制桥墩更接近于现浇桥墩。因此,本研究中带墩台连接器和混凝土剪力键齿的新型承插式预制桥墩可以有效改善预制桥墩的抗震性能,满足“等同现浇”的设计目标。在实际工程应用中,建议将承插深度取为0.7D,墩台连接器的钢板厚度取为8 mm,灌浆料UHPC的强度取100MPa。In order to solve the disadvantage of weak seismic performance of the common socket precast bridge pier,a new socket precast bridge pier with pier connector and concrete shear key teeth is designed.The failure modes,hysteretic curves and skeleton curves of cast-in-place bridge pier,common socket precast bridge pier and new socket precast bridge pier are compared by pseudo-static test,and ABAQUS numerical simulation is used to analyze the parameters of the new socket precast bridge pier.The results show that the failure areas of cast-in-place bridge pier and new socket precast bridge pier are mainly concentrated at the base of pier column,while the failure areas of common socket precast bridge pier are mainly concentrated at the grouting material and cap,the hysteretic curve and skeleton curve of the new socket precast bridge pier are closer to the cast-in-place bridge pier than the common socket precast bridge pier.It is concluded that the new socket precast bridge pier with pier connector and concrete shear key teeth in this paper can effectively improve the seismic performance of precast bridge pier and meet the design goal of"equivalent cast-in-place".In project practice,it is suggested that the socket depth should be O.7D,the steel plate thickness of pier connector should be 8 mm,and the strength of grouting material UHPC should be 1oo MPa.
