摘 要:以柯桥~诸暨高速公路一座典型的三跨连续窄幅钢箱组合梁桥为对象,使用桥梁通用有限元软件对比分析了不同箱梁腹板间距、梁高、边中跨比条件下的关键断面顶底板应力、跨中挠度、结构自振频率、结构用钢量、边墩支座反力等。结果表明,在合理范围内窄幅钢箱组合梁宜选用较小的箱梁腹板间距与较大的梁高,这样能有效降低顶底板构造厚度,提升整体刚度,减少结构用钢量;建议边中跨比范围为0.575~0.710,在条件允许的情况下尽可能选用较大的边中跨比,以提高边跨钢板利用率。Taking a typical three-span continuous narrow steel box composite girder bridge on the Keqiao-Zhuji Expressway as the object,the stress of top and bottom of key section,mid-span deflection,natural vibration frequency of structure,volume of steel used in structure and reaction force of side pier support under different conditions of box girder web spacing,beam height and side to span ratio are analyzed by using common finite element software of bridge.The results show that within a reasonable range,narow steel box composite beam should choose a smaller box girder web spacing and a larger beam height,which can effectively reduce the structural thickness of the top and bottom plates,improve the overall rigidity,and reduce the amount of steel used for the structure.The recommended range of side-tospan ratio is 0.575~0.710,and a larger side-to-mid span ratio should be selected as far as possible in order to increase the utilization rate of the side span steel plate.
