摘  要:英德市省道S292延长线一级公路新建工程北江四桥跨堤引桥为单跨102m预制拼装简支梁桥,全桥分为两幅,单幅桥宽18.25m。主梁采用R120级UHPC,纵向预应力采用钢绞线成品索体外预应力形式,张拉控制应力1209MPa,按全预应力构件设计。主梁采用双箱单室等截面箱梁,高度为4m,箱室间通过UHPC现浇湿接缝将两个箱室连接形成整体。标准节段长4m,单片箱梁共分为25个节段。节段预制采用长线法,经高温蒸养后,在支架上进行拼装。节段预制时,采用添加冰块及布置冷却水管等方式控制水化热。The Beijiang No.4 Bridge,a new highway construction project of the S292 extension line of Yingde provincial highway,is a prefabricated simply supported beam bridge with a single span of 102 m.The bridge is composed of two separated bridges with a single bridge width of 18.25 m.The main girder adopts UHPC R120,which is a longitudinal prestressed structure.The external prestressing form of steel strand finished cable is adopted,the tension control stress is 12o9 MPa,which is designed according to the full prestressed component.The main girder adopts double-box single-room box girder with equal section,and the height is 4 m.The box cells are connected to form a whole through the UHPC cast-in-place wet joint.The standard segment is 4 m long,and the single box girder is divided into 25 segments.The segment is prefabricated by long-line method.After high temperature steam curing,the bracket is assembled.During segmental precasting,the hydration heat is controlled by adding ice blocks and arranging cooling water pipes.This bridge is the largest span UHPC simply supported beam bridge built in China up to date.
