摘 要:为了明确连续刚构桥碳排放特征,指导桥梁建设与施工单位精准施策降低碳排放,采用清单分析法和排放因子法,对粤港澳大湾区某高速公路4座连续刚构桥碳排放进行了测算。研究结果表明,连续刚构桥建设碳排放强度2.06万tCO_(2)e·km^(-1)·lane^(-1)。碳排放总量中95.94%集中在材料生产阶段,HRB400钢筋等9种材料贡献了材料碳排放总量的95%左右。现场施工阶段和材料运输阶段分别占3.46%和0.60%,回旋钻机等10种机械设备贡献了机械设备碳排放总量的80%以上。在桥梁六项分部工程中,大约98%的碳排放量来源于上部构造、基础工程和下部构造。通过敏感性分析发现,影响连续刚构桥碳排放的主要因素敏感性系数由大到小依次为:水泥碳排放因子>钢筋碳排放因子>电力碳排放因子>柴油碳排放因子。针对桥梁建设不同阶段重点碳排放来源,建设单位可以采用强化低碳材料采购、提高机械设备能效水平等措施加强管理,施工单位可以通过优化施工工艺和施工组织等措施提高施工效率,多措并举降低碳排放。In order to clarify the carbon emission characteristics of continuous rigid frame bridges and guide bridges employers and contractors to take precise measures to reduce carbon emissions,in the paper,inventory analysis and emission factor method are used to measure carbon emissions of four continuous rigid frame bridges in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The results show that the carbon emission intensity of continuous rigid frame bridge construction is 20600 tCO_(2)e·km^(-1)·lane^(-1).Almost 95.94%of the total carbon emissions concentrates in the material production stage,and 9 kinds of materials such as HRB400 rebar contribute about 95%of the total carbon emissions of materials.The construction stage and transportation stage account for 3.46%and 0.60%respectively,and 10 kinds of mechanical equipment such as rotary drilling rigs contribute more than 80%of the total carbon emissions of mechanical equipment.Among all the six partitioned projects,about 98%of carbon emissions come from superstructure,foundation and substructure.Through sensitivity analysis,it is found that the sensitivity coefficients of the main factors affecting carbon emissions of continuous rigid frame bridges are as follows:cement carbon emission factor>steel carbon emission factor>electric power carbon emission factor>diesel carbon emission factor.For key sources of carbon emissions in different stages of bridge construction,construction contractors caennhanceemanagementtbystrengtheninglow-carbon procurement,improving the energy efficiency of machinery and equipment,and construction contractors can improve construction efficiency by optimizing construction technology and construction organization.
