摘　　要：海南G98环岛高速公路排浦互通至白莲互通段是海口与儋州洋浦之间的唯一高速公路,承载岛内重要的交通运输功能,其中海南G98环岛高速公路临高段为全线重点段落,生态保护问题与建设开发需求矛盾突出,该段穿越多处自然保护区、饮用水源保护区、基本农田,对生态保护要求极高,同时改扩建工程还将对原生生态系统产生剧烈扰动。通过构建生态敏感性评价指标体系,依托ArcGIS进行生态敏感性评价,并以评价结果为依据划分不同等级敏感路段,针对不同等级敏感路段提出相应生态建设指引,平衡生态保护与工程建设冲突。该研究成果可为高速公路改扩建工程提供生态保护与恢复、工程建设实施等方面的决策支持。The section from Paipu Interchange to Bailian Interchange of Hainan G98 Ring Road is the only expressway between Haikou and Danzhou Yangpu,carrying important transportation functions within the island.Among them,the section from Lingao to Yangpu in Hainan G98 Ring Road is the key section of the whole route,and the contradiction between ecological protection and construction development is prominent.This section passes through many natural reserve areas,drinking water source protection areas,and basic farmland,with extremely high requirements for ecological protection.At the same time,the reconstruction project will also cause severe disturbance to the original ecosystem.In this paper,by constructing an evaluation index system for ecological sensitivity,ecological sensitivity evaluation is carried out based on ArcGIS.Based on the evaluation results,different grades of sensitive sections are divided,and corresponding ecological construction guidelines are proposed for different grades of sensitive sections to balance the conflict between ecological protection and project construction.The research results can provide decision support for highway reconstruction projects in terms of ecological protection and restoration,and project construction implementation.
