摘 要:为全面保障某并行双洞隧道全线建设过程的施工安全,在对隧道全线地质特征分类分级的基础上,采用数值模拟对不同施工工序作用下隧道变形规律进行研究。研究结果表明:开挖隧道围岩体变形受施工工序、隧道埋深、围岩等级共同作用的影响;最大沉降量始终位于超前洞的拱顶处,且随施工工序的扰动呈逐渐增加的趋势,不同施工工序对其增长量的贡献亦有不同;随着隧道埋深不断增加,拱顶下沉量呈逐渐增加的趋势,先行洞边墙收敛量呈先增后减的趋势,后行洞边墙收敛量呈逐渐增加的趋势;随着围岩等级的不断增加,拱顶沉降呈逐渐增加趋势,边墙收敛则呈先增后减的变化趋势,对Ⅴ级围岩而言,下台阶开挖对边墙收敛亦有较大的刺激作用;对隧道开挖围岩体变形与隧道埋深及围岩等级关系进行了数学拟合,预测了不同地质条件下隧道围岩变形。研究成果可为相似工程的隧道变形控制措施动态调控提供参考,对于隧道安全、高效施工具有借鉴意义。In order to comprehensively protect the construction safety of a parallel twin-tunnel construction process,based on the classification and grading of geological features of the whole tunnel,numerical simulation is used to study the deformation law of the tunnel under the action of different construction processes,so as to provide design reference for the construction risk control of the whole tunnel.The results of the study show that:the deformation of the surrounding rock body of the excavated tunnel is affected by the construction process,tunnel depth,and surrounding rock grade;the maximum settlement is always located in the vault of the overrun hole,and with the perturbation of the construction process is a trend of gradual increase,and the contribution of the different construction processes to the growth of its different;with the increasing depth of the tunnel,the amount of the vault subsidence is a gradual increase in the trend of the side wall of the first hole convergence is the trend of first increase,then decrease,and the side wall of the later hole convergence is a trend of gradual increase;with the increasing grade of the surrounding rock,the vault settlement is a trend of gradual increase,and the side wall convergence is a trend of first increase,then decrease.With the increasing depth of tunnel,the amount of vault subsidence is gradually increasing,and the amount of sidewall convergence is first increasing and then decreasing,and for class V surrounding rock,the lower step excavation also has a greater stimulating effect on the sidewall convergence;in addition,mathematical fitting of the deformation of tunnel excavation surrounding rock body with tunnel depth and surrounding rock grade is carried out,so as to predict the deformation of tunnel surrounding rock under different geological conditions.The research results can provide reference for the dynamic regulation of tunnel deformation control measures in similar projects,which is of great significance for the safe and efficient construction of tun
