摘　　要：文章聚焦创新、智能技术等重大命题,从马克思主义视角审视新质生产力发展变革带来的社会影响,对于剖析生产力要素质态重构具有重要理论意义。新质生产力的显著特征体现在:创新驱动与智能化发展带来生产力发展的主导因素和方式变革;数据要素的崛起和价值机制的重构深刻改变生产要素禀赋和价值实现机制;以人民为中心构成衡量新质生产力发展成效的根本标准。这些变化标志着生产力要素正经历从物质型、资源型向智能型、数据型的系统性、革命性重构,生产关系正经历从资本逻辑向创新逻辑、从物质本位向以人为本的深刻调整。加快构建中国特色新质生产力理论体系,对于破解现实发展难题、推进高质量发展和现代化建设具有重大理论价值和实践意义。This article focuses on major topics such as innovation and intelligent technologies,examining the social impact of the development and transformation of new quality productive forces from a Marxist perspective.It holds significant theoretical importance for analyzing the qualitative reconstruction of productive force factors.The new quality productive forces are highlighted by:the innovation-driven and intelligent development becoming the leading factor and transformation method for the development of productive forces;the rise of data factors and the reconstruction of value mechanism profoundly altering the endowment of production factors and the mechanism of value realization;and a people-centered approach forming the fundamental standard for measuring the effectiveness of new quality productive forces development.These changes signify a systemic and revolutionary reconstruction of productive force factors from material and resourcebased to intelligent and data-driven,as well as a profound shift of the production relations from capital logic to innovation logic and from material-centric to people-oriented.Accelerating the construction of a theoretical system of new quality productive forces with Chinese characteristics has significant theoretical value and practical significance for solving practical development problems and promoting the high-quality development and modernization construction.
