摘　　要：目的构建无痛内镜诊疗患者术后疲劳综合征量表,并检验其信效度,为进行术后症状评估及症状管理提供依据。方法基于症状体验模型,通过文献回顾、半结构式访谈、德尔菲专家函询及预调查形成量表初稿;采用便利抽样法,选取2024年1-3月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院内镜中心就诊的530例无痛内镜诊疗患者作为研究对象,对构建的量表进行项目分析及信效度检验。结果无痛内镜诊疗患者术后疲劳综合征量表包括躯体疲劳、精神疲劳和定向力3个维度,共10个条目。探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为67.752%;验证性因子分析结果显示,主要评价指标均在可接受范围内;条目水平的内容效度指数为0.875~1.000,量表的内容效度指数为0.975。量表总的Cronbach'sα系数为0.814,折半信度为0.783。结论无痛内镜诊疗患者术后疲劳综合征量表具有良好的信效度,可作为无痛内镜诊疗患者术后症状体验的有效评估工具。Objective To develop a Postoperative Fatigue Syndrome Scale for patients undergoing painless endoscopy and evaluate its reliability and validity,providing a basis for postoperative symptom assessment and management.Methods Based on the symptom experience model,the initial draft of the scale was developed through literature review,semi-structured interviews,Delphi expert consultation,and a preliminary survey.A convenience sample of 530 patients undergoing painless endoscopy at the endoscopy center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January to March 2024 were selected as study subjects to conduct item analysis and reliability and validity testing of the constructed scale.Results The Postoperative Fatigue Syndrome Scale for patients undergoing painless endoscopy consisted of three dimensions,which were physical fatigue,mental fatigue,and orientation,with a total of 10 items.Three common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 67.752%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the major evaluation indices were all within an acceptable range.The item-level content validity index ranged from 0.875 to 1.000,and the scale-level content validity index was 0.975.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.814,and the split-half reliability was 0.783.Conclusion The Postoperative Fatigue Syndrome Scale for patients undergoing painless endoscopy has good reliability and validity,making it an effective tool for assessing postopera-tive symptom experiences in these patients.
