依折麦布联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察依折麦布联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年10月至2023年10月该院收治的108例老年冠心病患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同将其分为观察组与对照组各54例。对照组给予曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合依折麦布治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后心功能指标[左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)]、血管内皮功能指标[内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)]、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)]、动脉粥样硬化指标(颈动脉内膜中层厚度、软斑块个数、颈动脉内径)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.30%(52/54),高于对照组的83.33%(45/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LVEF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组LVPWT水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组NO水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组ET-1、AngⅡ水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组TC、TG水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组颈动脉内膜中层厚度、软斑块个数、颈动脉内径均低于或少于治疗前,且观察组低于或少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依折麦布联合曲美他嗪治疗老年冠心病患者,可提高临床疗效,改善心功能和血管内皮功能,降低血脂水平,减轻动脉粥样硬化,效果优于单纯曲美他嗪治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Ezetimibe combined with Trimetazidine in treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:The clinical data of 108 elderly patients with coronary heart disease admitted to this hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Trimetazidine,while the observation group was treated with Ezetimibe on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacies,the levels of cardiac function indexes[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT)],vascular endothelial function indexes[endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),angiotensin II(Ang II)],blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)]and atherosclerosis indexes(carotid intima-media thickness,number of soft plaques,carotid artery diameter)before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%(52/54),which was higher than 83.33%(45/54)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the LVEF levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the LVPWT levels of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The NO levels of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the levels of ET-1 and Ang II in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).T
