摘  要:目的:观察肌功能训练联合咬合诱导器治疗牙列不齐患儿的效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月该院收治的76例牙列不齐患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各38例。对照组佩戴咬合诱导器治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合肌功能训练治疗,两组均治疗12个月。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后头影测量指标[上齿槽座点-鼻根点-下齿槽座点角(ANB)、上下中切牙角(U1-L1)]水平、咬合功能指标(咬合力、咀嚼效率)水平和颞下颌关节功能(Fricton指数)评分。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.37%(37/38),高于对照组的78.95%(30/38),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组ANB、U1-L1均小于治疗前,且研究组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组Fricton指数评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌功能训练联合咬合诱导器治疗牙列不齐患儿可提高治疗总有效率,改善头影测量指标、咬合功能指标水平,降低颞下颌关节功能评分,效果优于单纯咬合诱导器治疗。Objective:To observe effects of muscle function training combined with occlusal inducer in treatment of children with dentition.Methods:From January 2022 to January 2023,76 children with dental malocclusion admitted to this hospital were selected for the prospective study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with occlusal inducer,while the study group was treated with muscle function training on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 12 months.The clinical efficacies,the levels of cephalometric indexes[subspinale,A-nasion-supramental,B(ANB),upper and lower incisor angle(U1-L1)]and occlusal function indexes(bite force,masticatory efficiency),and the temporomandibular joint function(Fricton index)scores before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.37%(37/38),which was higher than 78.95%(30/38)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of ANB and U1-L1 in the two groups were smaller than those before the treatment,those in the study group were smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the bite force and masticatory efficiencies of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,after the treatment,the Fricton index scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,that in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Muscle function training combined with occlusal inducer can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the levels of cephalometric indexes and occlusal function indexes,and red
