中医特色护理在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察中医特色护理在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年4月至2022年12月商丘市第一人民医院收治的70例子宫肌瘤手术患者进行前瞻性研究,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医特色护理。比较两组术后恢复指标(肛门首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间)水平、护理前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分、术后疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分。结果:观察组肛门首次排气时间、首次下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7 d,两组VAS评分均低于术后1 d,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用中医特色护理应用于子宫肌瘤手术患者,可缩短康复进程,减轻负性情绪和降低术后疼痛程度评分的效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in patients with uterine fibroids undergoing surgery.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 70 patients with uterine fibroids who were admitted to Shangqiu First People’s Hospital from April 2020 to December 2022.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The levels of postoperative recovery indexes(first anal exhaust time,first out-of-bed time,hospitalization time),the negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]scores before and after the nursing,and the postoperative pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]scores after the nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The first anal exhaust time,the first out-of-bed time and the hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,7 days after the surgery,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those 1 day after the surgery,that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing in the patients with uterine fibroids undergoing surgery can shorten the rehabilitation process and reduce the negative emotion scores and the postoperative pain scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine nursing.
