摘　　要：从藏品保管员的具体工作实践切入,以访谈调查和实地调研的方式展开实证研究,从工作内容、工作队伍与工作环境三方面对比分析藏品保管员在20世纪80—90年代与21世纪后的工作情况,总结改革开放以来区域博物馆藏品管理的发展变化,并对藏品保管员工作中的普遍问题提出优化建议。Starting from the specific work practice of the collection custodian,the empirical research is carried out in the way of interview and field research,comparing and analyzing the work of the collection custodian in the 1980s and 1990s and the 21st century from the aspects of work content,work team and work environment,summarizing the development of the management of regional museum collections since the reform and opening up and proposing the optimization of the general problems of the work of the collection custodian.It also puts forward optimization suggestions for the common problems in the work of collection custodians.
