摘　　要：高校博物馆多起源于大学内部的学科标本室,“服务教学科研”是高校博物馆的最初使命和核心职能。随着公众对博物馆前所未有的热情、国家政策的高度重视和博物馆公众服务理念的革新,高校博物馆逐渐走向社会化,转型为开放型公共文化服务机构。但由于缺乏协同机制、存在专业壁垒和活动形式单一,目前高校博物馆面临着开放程度有限、公众关注度和参与度均偏低等挑战。高校博物馆可以从拆除“围墙”、突破专业局限和创新活动形式三个方面发挥其公众服务的使命与职能,使高校丰富的文化资源得以广泛传播与共享,惠及更广泛的社会群体。University museums mostly originated from specimen laboratories based on subject-specific collections within the university,and"serving teaching and research"became the initial mission and core function of university museums.With the unprecedented enthusiasm from the public,the encouragement from government policy support,and the innovation of the public service concept of museums,university museums have gradually moved towards socialization and transformed into open-to-public cultural service institutions.However,due to the poor coordination mechanisms,professional barriers,and limited educational events,university museums currently face challenges such as limited opening hours,insufficient public engagement.University museums can fulfill their public service mission and functions by gradually dismantling the"walls",breaking through professional limitations,and innovating activity forms.This will enable the extensive dissemination and sharing of the rich cultural resources of universities,benefiting a wider range of public.
