汽车双偏置式等速万向节基本参数的标准化设计

摘　　要：针对汽车双偏置式等速万向节数量急剧增加的现状,为实观综合的最佳标准化效果,需进行标准化设计。确定了汽车双偏置式等速万向节的结构主参数筒形壳最大外径范围为56~136 mm及其间隔为4 mm,根据结构主参数对最有代表性的基型产品DOJ95系列进行设计计算,进而对常用的20个系列进行标准化设计,并阐述了产品标准化设计的作用。In response to the rapid increase in number of double offset constant velocity universal joints in automobiles,the standardized design is necessary to achieve the comprehensive and optimal standardization effect.The main structural parameters of double offset constant velocity universal joints in automobiles are determined,with a maximum outer diameter of 56~136 mm for cylindrical shells and a interval of 4 mm.Based on main structural parameters,the most representative base product DOJ95 series is designed and calculated,the standardized design of 20 commonly used series is carried out,and the role of product standardization design is elaborated.
