摘 要:某型号上充泵频繁出现由滚动轴承打滑引起的轴承损坏和振动问题,在不改进轴承座结构及转速的情况下,利用超声波脉冲反射探测技术对轴承打滑率进行测量,搭建了与该设备轴承结构类似的试验台,通过模拟现场实际工况对轴承打滑率与载荷、油温、油位、润滑油黏度以及不同轴承结构之间的关系进行试验研究。结果表明:超声测量的打滑率与预期一致,验证了上充泵轴承在工作载荷作用下容易出现打滑,通过增加轴承径向载荷和轴承改型可以降低打滑率。A certain model of charging pump frequently experiences bearing damage and vibration caused by slip of rolling bearings.Without improving the structure of bearing housing and rotational speed,the ultrasonic pulse reflection detection technology is used to measure the slip rate of the bearings.A test bench similar to structure of bearings for the equipment is built.The relationship between slip rate and load,oil temperature,oil level,viscosity of lubricating oil and different structures of the bearings is studied experimentally by simulating the actual on-site working conditions.The results show that the slip rate measured by ultrasound is consistent with expectations,verifying that the bearings for charging pump are prone to slip under working load,and the slip rate can be reduced by increasing the radial load on the bearings and modifying the design of the bearings.
