摘 要:针对传统轴承保持架转速测量需要破坏轴承结构的难题,提出了一种基于弱磁性编码与非接触传感的转速检测方法,通过在保持架端面安装轻质、弱磁性涂层构建N/S极交替排列的磁编码结构,结合高灵敏度隧道磁阻(TMR)传感器实时捕获磁极交变信号,经脉冲计数解码实现保持架转速的精准解析。试制了保持架转速测量装置并进行了各项试验,结果表明,该方法可在250℃高温、油雾污染等严苛工况下准确测量保持架转速,测量相对误差≤1.0‰,而且无需安装嵌入式传感器或对保持架进行钻孔,完整保留了轴承结构,可用于实际工况中。In order solve the problem of damaging the bearing structure in traditional rotational speed measurement of bearing cages,a rotational speed measurement method is proposed based on weak magnetic coding and non-contact sensing.A magnetic coding structure with alternately arranged N/S poles is constructed by installing light and weak magnetic coating on end face of the cages.At the same time,the alternating magnetic pole signal is captured in real time with a high-sensitivity tunnel magnetoresistance(TMR)sensor.Finally,the rotational speed of the cages is accurately analyzed by pulse counting and decoding.The measuring device for rotational speed of the cages is developed,and various tests are carried out.The results show that the new method can accurately measure the rotational speed of the cages under severe working conditions of 250℃high temperature and oil mist contamination,with relative measurement error≤1.0‰.The proposed method for measuring the rotational speed of the cages does not require drilling holes in the cages or installing embedded sensors,and the bearing structure is completely preserved,which can be used in actual working conditions.
