摘 要:基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)方法的核心是建立高质量的一体化模型,单点模型难以保证支持与维护整个系统的功能及性能,因此模型装配是实现MBSE一体化建模的基础。围绕近年来构建的运载火箭系统的各单点MBSE模型,开展自顶向下的模型装配方法研究。搭建抽象级别高且可扩展的顶层模型树,明确各专业MBSE模型装配顺序和装配方法。最后以总体性能、弹道和气动3个专业为示例,实现运载火箭MBSE一体化模型建设,加速MBSE的转型落地工作。The core of the model-based systems engineering(MBSE)method is to establish high-quality integrated models.Model assembly is the foundation for realizing MBSE integrated modeling,since single-point models are difficult to ensure the support and maintenance of the functionality and performance of an entire system.In this paper,based on the single-point MBSE models of launch vehicle systems constructed in recent years,the top-down model assembly methods are investigated.A high-level and extensible top-level model tree is built,and the assembly sequences and methods for various professional MBSE models are clarified.Finally,taking the overall performance,trajectory,and aerodynamics as examples,the construction of an integrated MBSE model for launch vehicles is realized,accelerating the transformation and implementation of MBSE.
