摘 要:航空发动机圆柱滚子轴承内部滚子与内、外圈之间的接触应力对其服役性能至关重要,目前有限元法已成为分析轴承内部接触应力的有效方法之一。针对有限元仿真精度和仿真效率的平衡问题,以NU2209圆柱滚子轴承为研究对象,基于Abaqus软件建立轴承有限元模型,分析了细化区域内单元网格尺寸对滚子与滚道之间接触应力的仿真精度以及仿真效率的影响,在此基础上进一步考虑滚子与滚道之间接触载荷的影响,最终得到了接触载荷与单元网格尺寸之间的拟合公式,并以NU2208,NU2209以及NU2212圆柱滚子轴承为例进行验证,Mape值均小于10%,证明了公式的有效性和普适性。The contact stress between internal rollers and inner and outer rings of cylindrical roller bearings for aeroengines is crucial to their service performance.Currently,the finite element method has become one of the effective methods for analyzing the internal contact stress of the bearings.In order to balance the accuracy and efficiency of finite element simulation,the NU2209 cylindrical roller bearing is taken as research object.A finite element model is established based on Abaqus software,and the influence of element grid sizes in refined area on simulation accuracy and efficiency of contact stress between roller and raceway is analyzed.On this basis,the influence of contact load between roller and raceway is further considered,and the fitting formula between contact load and element grid sizes is finally obtained.Taking NU2208,NU2209 and NU2212 cylindrical roller bearings as examples for verification,the Mape values are all less than 10%,proving the effectiveness and universality of the formula.
