摘 要:针对自润滑关节轴承在超高温环境下的摆动磨损试验,提出试验方案并搭建了由加载系统、摆动系统、环境模拟系统、检测和控制系统以及轴承夹持装置等构成的试验系统,进行了某规格自润滑关节轴承在高温重载条件下的磨损性能试验,试验结果表明该试验系统运行稳定,测试数据可重复性好,可以满足800℃环境下自润滑关节轴承的低速摆动试验要求。Aimed at oscillating wear test of self-lubricated spherical plain bearings under ultra-high temperature environments,a test scheme is proposed and a test system composed of loading system,oscillating system,environmental simulation system,detection and control system and bearing clamping device is built.The wear performance test of a certain specification of the bearings is conducted under high temperature and heavy load conditions.The test results show that the test system operates stably with good repeatability of test data,and the requirements of low-speed oscillating test of the bearings are met under 800℃.
