摘 要:基于碳纳米管优异的性能,通过机械混合法用多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)对聚酰亚胺(PI)进行填充,再经冷压烧结得到多孔聚酰亚胺(PPI)保持架材料,对其微孔性能、力学性能以及摩擦学性能进行测试。结果表明:MWCNTs独特的多层管状结构有利于PPI复合材料孔结构的生成;相较于纯PPI,含1.0%MWCNTs的PPI保持架材料耐磨性能明显提高,磨损深度降低了48.4%,磨痕宽度和磨损率分别降低了27.3%和64.8%。将该材料加工成保持架,装配至轴承进行跑合测试,保持架性能优异,轴承组件运行稳定。Based on excellent properties of carbon nanotubes,the polyimide(PI)is filled with multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)by mechanical mixing method,and then the porous polyimide(PPI)cage material is obtained by cold pressing sintering.The microporous properties,mechanical properties and tribological properties of the material are tested.The results show that the unique multi-layer tubular structure of MWCNTs is beneficial to formation of pore structure of PPI composite;compared with pure PPI,the wear resistance of the material containing 1.0%MWCNTs is significantly improved,the wear depth is reduced by 48.4%,the wear scar width and wear rate are reduced by 27.3%and 64.8%,respectively.The material is processed into a cage,and the cage is assembled into a bearing for running-in test.The cage has excellent performance,and the bearing assembly runs stably.
