摘  要:旋转套圈的温升特性是反映航空高速轴承服役性能的重要指标之一,高速轴承旋转套圈温度变化随转速增加较为明显,更能准确地反映轴承的工作状态,因此实现高速轴承旋转套圈温度在线监测至关重要。针对旋转套圈温度的在线监测需求,提出了一种基于PT100温度传感器的无线测试系统,通过无线供电及无线通讯功能进行旋转套圈温度信号的获取和传输,结合测试系统的电路板和旋转轴结构集成,解决了高速轴承旋转套圈温度难以测试的问题。并以某型航空轴承为例,在工况模拟试验台架上进行了旋转套圈温度测试,结果表明被试轴承内圈温度明显高于外圈,且内圈温升幅度也高于外圈。The temperature rise characteristic of rotating rings is one of the key indicators reflecting the service performances of high-speed aviation bearings.The temperature variation of rotating rings of the bearings is more obvious with the increase of rotational speed,which can more accurately reflect the working status of the bearings.Therefore,it is crucial to realize the online monitoring of temperature of rotating rings of the bearings.A wireless testing system based on PT100 temperature sensor is proposed to meet the online monitoring requirements for temperature of rotating rings.The temperature signals from rotating rings are acquired and transmitted by using wireless power supply and wireless communication functions.By integrating the circuit board and rotating shaft structures of the testing system,the problem that the temperature of rotating rings of the bearings is difficult to test is solved.Taking a certain type of aviation bearing as an example,the temperature tests of rotating rings are carried out on a working condition simulation test bench.The results show that the temperature of inner ring of tested bearing is significantly higher than that of outer ring,and the temperature rise amplitude of inner ring is also higher than that of outer ring.
