摘 要:以典型异型结构轴承安装孔位置度为研究对象,阐述了安装孔在工件三维直角坐标系下的坐标位置关系,基于被测要素应用最大实体要求的位置度理论,分析了安装孔位置度相对于基准要素和遵循最大实体要求的关联关系,提出利用安装孔在基准平面C上投影圆中心实际坐标与理论坐标之间偏差值的数学关系对其位置度进行评价。结合生产现场CMM机型特点和减少测量误差的原则,设计了基于CMM最佳测量姿态的异型结构轴承安装孔位置度专用测量工装,实际应用结果表明:应用实际测量结果对工件加工进行指导和参数调控可以提高产品的合格率,解决该类异型结构轴承安装孔位置度的检测难题。Taking the positional accuracy of mounting holes in bearings with typical special-shaped structures as research object,the coordinate position relationship of mounting holes under 3D Cartesian coordinate system for workpiece is explained.Based on positional accuracy theory of maximum material requirements applied to measured elements,the relationship between positional accuracy of mounting holes relative to reference elements and following the maximum material principle is analyzed,it is proposed to assess the positional accuracy of mounting holes by using mathematical relationship of deviation value between actual coordinates of center of projection circle of mounting holes on reference plane C and theoretical coordinates.Combined with characteristics of CMM in production site and principle of reducing measurement errors,a specialized measuring tooling for positional accuracy of mounting holes in bearings with special-shaped structures is designed based on optimal measurement attitude of CMM.The results of practical application show that the practical measurement results are used to guide the workpiece processing and adjust the parameters,the qualified rate of products is improved,and the difficult problems of detecting the positional accuracy of mounting holes in bearings with special-shaped structures are solved.
