摘  要:以某航空发动机角接触球轴承为研究对象,针对其在航空发动机上发生的异常高位滑蹭损伤以及套圈剥落问题,开展了沟道与球接触区的接触角、接触应力及滑动速度仿真分析,对角接触球轴承高位滑蹭损伤机理进行研究,得到内圈偏斜、轴向轻载是造成角接触球轴承发生高位滑蹭损伤的主要原因,并通过设计试验验证了角接触球轴承高位滑蹭损伤的机理。Taking angular contact ball bearings for an aero-engine as research objects,aimed at the abnormal highposition sliding and scratching damage and ring spalling of the bearings,the simulation analysis on contact position,contact stress and sliding velocity in contact area between raceway and ball is carried out,the mechanism of highposition sliding and scratching damage of the bearings is researched.It is concluded that the misalignment of inner rings and axial light load are main reasons for high-position sliding and scratching damage of the bearings.The mechanism of high-position sliding and scratching damage of the bearings is verified by design test.
