重大产业园区基础设施建设项目初步设计概算编制重点研究

摘　　要：重大产业园区基础设施建设项目具有建设规模大、建设内容复杂、投资金额大等特点,把握初步设计概算编制的重点、提高设计概算编制的质效至关重要。以广州临空经济示范区重大产业园区基础设施建设项目为研究对象,通过文献研究、案例剖析等方法,识别和分析设计概算编制的重点。基于设计单位视角,提出加强设计概算编制工作的措施建议,以期能提高设计概算编制质效。The infrastructure construction projects of major industrial parks have the characteristics of large construction scale,complex construction content,and large investment amount.It's important to grasp the key points of preliminary design estimate preparation and improve the quality and efficiency of design estimate preparation.This article takes the infrastructure construction project of the major industrial park in Guangzhou Airport Economic Demonstration Zone as the research object.Through literature research,case analysis and other methods,the key points of design budget preparation are identified and analyzed.Based on the perspective of the design unit,propose measures and suggestions to strengthen the work of design estimation preparation,in order to improve the quality and efficiency of design estimation preparation.
