摘 要:本研究针对国内工程造价管理模式的碎片化、协同效率低等问题,提出基于BIM技术的数字化解决方案。通过系统构建BIM算量软件的开发框架、核心技术体系及实施路径,并结合青岛轨道交通项目的工程实践,深入探讨“BIM算量软件CQC”与“BIM综合管理平台”的协同应用机制,在量价核算、计量支付、竣工结算等关键业务环节实现突破,挖掘BIM技术在造价管理业务中的应用价值,提升造价管理效率,为工程建设行业的数字化转型升级提供可行的技术路径。This study proposes a digital solution based on BIM technology to address the fragmented management model and low collaboration efficiency in China's engineering cost management.By systematically establishing the development framework,core technology system,and implementation pathway for BIM-based quantity calculation software,and through practical application in Qingdao rail transit project,it thoroughly investigates the collaborative application mechanism between"BIM Quantity Calculation Software CQC"and"BIM Integrated Management Platform".Breakthroughs have been achieved in key operational aspects including quantity-price accounting,progress payment measurement,andfinal account settlement,fully exploring the application value of BIM technology in cost management practices.The solution significantly enhances cost management efficiency and provides a feasible technical approach for the digital transformation and upgrading of the construction engineering industry.
