摘 要:半桥LLC谐振变换器以其良好的软开关特性在中小功率的开关电源中有广泛的应用。基于基波分析法构建出半桥LLC变换器的理论模型,导出变换器电压增益与基本参数的数学关系。针对变换器增益函数曲线中电压增益对应的工作频率和频率范围是一个近似值,提出一种LLC半桥等效电路改进的建模与解析方法。分别在半桥LLC谐振变换器在工作频率fs小于和大于谐振频率fr的两种情况进行详细的分析计算,可以得到准确率较高的谐振器的工作频率,并能够得到谐振器在每个时刻的电流值与电压值,为工程实际中变换器的MOSFET管的选型提供了一定的参考价值。In small and medium power switching power supply,half bridge LLC resonant converter is widely used because of its good soft switching characteristics.Based on the fundamental analysis,the theoretical model of half bridge LLC converter is constructed,and the mathematical relationship between voltage gain and basic parameters is derived.Because the operating frequency and frequency range corresponding to the voltage gain in the gain function curve are approximate,an improved analytical method of half bridge LLC resonant converter is proposed.Detailed analysis and calculation are carried out in the cases where the operating frequency of the half bridge LLC resonant converter fs is less than or greater than fr respectively,then the exact operating frequency can be obtained.Besides,the current value and voltage value of the resonator at each time can be obtained,which provides a certain reference value for the selection of MOSFET in engineering practice.
