摘 要:南方电网近期发生了多起因压接不良导致的耐张线夹缺陷,对线路安全运行造成了严重威胁。为理清耐张线夹压接中可能存在的工艺缺陷及其形成机理,对一起耐张线夹钢芯断裂事件进行了分析,研究了对钢芯铝绞线进行倒压时钢芯断裂的机理,并利用压接试验进行验证。结果表明,倒压时铝管及铝绞丝在线夹两端锁死钢芯,导致压接区内的钢芯受到铝管及铝绞丝伸长产生的轴向拉伸力作用,从而发生韧性断裂。研究结论能够为架空线路耐张线夹压接工艺的改进提供理论依据和实践参考。Several incidents of strained clamp defects due to poor crimping in southern power grid have happened recently,causing a serious threat to safety of the lines.In order to study the possible process defects and their formation mechanisms in the crimping of strained clamps,the steel core strand fracture accidents of steel core aluminum stranded wire caused by reverse crimpingof the tension clamps are analyzed,which is also verified by experiments.It is found that the reason for the fracture of the steel core is that the two ends of the steel core in the crimping zone were stretched under the axial tensile force generated by the elongation of the aluminum tube and the aluminum strands during the reverse crimping,resulting in ductile fracture of the steel core strands.Thus this paper can provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the improvement of strained clamp crimping process of the overhead lines.
