摘 要:针对采用智能控制后的接触器起动碰撞噪声问题,设计具有线圈电流闭环功能的控制模块和声音采集模块,并建立带有频率计权、时间计权声压级、三分之一倍频程等功能的上位机系统,形成人机交互友好的噪声测量分析系统,基于该系统实验分析并验证不同起动线圈电流、交流电源相角等条件下的接触器起动噪声,验证系统的实用性和有效性,为智能接触器无声运行优化奠定基础。The issue of startup collision noise in intelligent-controlled contactors is addressed in this study.A control module with closed-loop coil current functionality and a sound acquisition module are designed to tackle the problem.Additionally,an upper computer system is established,equipped with features such as frequency weighting,time weighting sound pressure level,and one-third octave band.This integrated system forms a user-friendly noise measurement and analysis system that facilitates human-machine interaction.Experimental analysis is conducted using this system to verify and validate the startup noise of contactors under different conditions,including varying startup coil currents and alternating current supply phase angles.The practicality and effectiveness of the system are demonstrated,laying a solid foundation for optimizing the silent operation of intelligent contactors.
