摘　　要：交流接触器接通和分断能力试验和电寿命试验中,对其主电路的电压、电流波形的分析是确定试验失效根本原因的重要手段,也是制定优化方案的关键依据。通过记录整理交流接触器接通和分断能力试验和电寿命试验中的典型试验波形,并对这些波形与对应失效样品进行归纳分析,给出了这些波形对应的失效模式及其原因。这些失效分析结果都经过改善试验验证了其正确性。The main circuit voltage and current waveforms of AC contactor during the making-breaking test are very important basis in analyzing of test failure modes.They are also important in making improvement measures.In this paper,some typical waveforms of AC contactor in making-breaking tests or electrical endurance tests are recorded and collated,and the relationships between the waveforms and failure modes are also worked out.All these analysis results have been proved correct through the corresponding tests after the improvement on the AC contactor according to the waveform analysis.
