摘  要:高寒地区变电站罐式断路器电伴热带损坏后需将设备停电更换,且断路器出现闭锁时需要闭锁信号自动返回后方能对断路器进行停电操作,严重影响了电力系统供电可靠性。针对这一问题,研制一种高压罐式断路器可带电维护电伴热带装置,该装置由硅橡胶加热板、保温材料、不锈钢外壳、二次接口等部件组成。采用能够拆卸的分段式硅橡胶加热器,当加热电阻出现故障时,可进行加热器局部不停电更换维修;保温罩采用圆柱形设计,内部采用滚轴结构,通过转动滚轴可便捷顺畅得抽拉加热带。控制系统采用高性能MCU芯片,通过温度传感器、电磁传感器等对伴热带状态实现实时监测并进行智能控制。In the case of damage to the electric heating strip of the tank type circuit breaker in substations in high-altitude and cold regions,the equipment needs to be powered off and replaced.When the circuit breaker is locked,the locking signal needs to automatically return before the circuit breaker can be powered off,which seriously affects the reliability of power supply in the power system.To address this issue,a high-voltage tank circuit breaker with live maintenance electric tracing device is developed,which is composed of silicone rubber heating plate,insulation material,stainless steel shell,secondary interface,and other components.Adopting a detachable segmented silicone rubber heater,when the heating resistor malfunctions,the heater can be replaced and repaired locally without power outage;The insulation cover adopts a cylindrical design,and the interior adopts a roller structure.By rotating the roller,the heating strip can be easily and smoothly pulled.The control system adopts high-performance MCU chips,which achieve real-time monitoring and intelligent control of the status of the heating strip through temperature sensors,electromagnetic sensors,etc.
