摘　　要：中国共产党立足于社会主义初级阶段基本国情,把科学社会主义基本原则的普遍性与中国国情的特殊性结合起来,并与中华优秀传统文化相融通。在此基础上,开拓并推动了改革开放的伟大革命,开辟和发展了中国特色社会主义。中共二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的决定》是在“两个结合”中形成的顶层设计总体部署。贯彻实施各项战略部署,必须全面认识和把握“两个结合”与进一步全面深化改革的辩证统一关系,实现双向赋能。“两个结合”是进一步全面深化改革、推进社会主义现代化建设的必由之路;进一步全面深化改革丰富“两个结合”的内涵,推进实践创新基础上的理论创新。二者协同共进,为推进中国式现代化提供强大动力和制度保障。Based on the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism,the Communist Party of China(CPC)combines the universal principles of scientific socialism with the particularity of china’s national conditions,and integrates with the excellent traditional Chinese culture,pioneering and promoting the great revolution of reform and opening up,and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics.The Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee adopted the Decision,titled“Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization”,is a top-level deployment formed in the context of the“two combinations”.To carry out the strategic plans of the Decision,it is essential to fully understand and grasp the dialectical unity relationship between the“two combinations”and the further deepening of reform comprehensively,realizing mutual empowerment.The“two combinations”is the only way to further deepening reform comprehensively and promoting socialist modernization;further deepening reform comprehensively enriches the connotation of“two combinations”and promotes theoretical innovation on the basis of practical innovation.Their synergy provides a powerful impetus and institutional guarantee for Chinese-style modernization.
