摘　　要：随着数字经济的快速发展,金融科技逐渐成为推动经济转型和创新的重要力量。传统金融体系在服务效率、风险识别与资源匹配等方面的局限性,使得创新型企业面临融资约束与市场响应滞后等挑战。通过分析金融科技在技术赋能与金融体系变革中的双重路径,可系统呈现其对新质生产力跃迁的驱动机制。金融科技通过数据整合与智能算法优化生产要素配置机制,提升企业运营效率与决策精准性;同时,金融体系通过多层次市场设计、工具创新与弹性监管框架,为技术扩散构建适配性环境,加速创新成果从实验阶段向规模化应用转化。技术赋能与体系变革的协同效应体现为动态闭环:技术突破倒逼金融制度松绑和调整,制度创新加速技术推广和应用,市场反馈进一步反哺技术与规则优化。这种互动机制显著提升资源配置效率,打破传统路径依赖,为新质生产力的高阶跃迁提供可持续动力。With the rapid advancement of the digital economy,financial technology has emerged as a crucial driver of economic transformation and innovation.The limitations of the traditional financial system in areas such as service efficiency,risk identification,and resource matching have posed significant challenges for innovative enterprises,including financing constraints and delayed market responses.This paper explores the dual pathways of financial technology in technological empowerment and financial system transformation,systematically analyzing its driving mechanisms for the leap in new quality productivity.The study finds that financial technology optimizes the mechanism of production factor allocation through data integration and intelligent algorithms,enhancing operational efficiency and decision-making accuracy of enterprises.Meanwhile,the financial system,through multi-tier market design,tool innovation,and a flexible regulatory framework,creates an adaptive environment for technology diffusion,accelerating the transformation of innovation outcomes from laboratory prototypes to large-scale applications.The synergistic effect of technological empowerment and system transformation is manifested in a dynamic feedback loop:technological breakthroughs drive financial system loosening and adjustment,while institutional innovation accelerates the promotion and application of technologies,with market feedback further facilitating the optimization of both technology and regulations.This interactive mechanism significantly improves resource allocation efficiency,breaks traditional path dependence,and provides sustainable momentum for the higher-level leap of new quality productivity.
