摘 要:为研究冻融循环对橡胶混凝土抗疲劳性能的影响,选取粒径为30目(0.5 mm)的橡胶颗粒等体积替代砂制备橡胶混凝土,将普通混凝土试件和橡胶混凝土试件冻融不同次数后,进行等幅单轴压缩疲劳试验,分析试件的疲劳变形特征,建立考虑失效概率的疲劳寿命方程和疲劳损伤模型。结果表明:未冻融状态下,橡胶混凝土最大应变相较于普通混凝土提高约500με,随着冻融循环次数增加,延性特征减弱,加入橡胶颗粒可以改善混凝土疲劳破坏的延性。冻融循环作用下橡胶混凝土的疲劳寿命服从对数正态分布,极限疲劳强度比普通混凝土提高约9.8%,临界损伤比普通混凝土降低约37%。在冻融循环作用下,掺入橡胶颗粒大幅度提高了混凝土的抗疲劳性能。In order to study the effect of freeze-thaw cycle on the fatigue resistance of rubber concrete,rubber particles with a particle size of 30 mesh(0.55 mm)were selected to replace sand in equal volume to prepare rubber concrete.After different freeze-thaw cycles of ordinary concrete specimens and rubber concrete specimens,a constant amplitude uniaxial compression fatigue test was carried out to analyze the fatigue deformation characteristics of specimens,and the fatigue life equation and fatigue damage model considering failure probability were established.The results show that the maximum strain of rubber concrete is about 500μεhigher than that of ordinary concrete under non-freeze-thaw state.With the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,the ductility characteristics are weakened.Adding rubber particles can improve the ductility of concrete fatigue failure.The fatigue life of rubber concrete under freeze-thaw cycle action obeys lognormal distribution.The ultimate fatigue strength of rubber concrete is about 9.8%higher than that of ordinary concrete,and the critical damage of rubber concrete is about 37%lower than that of ordinary concrete.Under the action of freeze-thaw cycle,the incorporation of rubber particles greatly improves the fatigue resistance of concrete.
