造纸污泥协同处置中含氮物质转化和迁移的机理研究

摘  要:在“双碳”目标下,大气污染协同治理是促进工业全面绿色转型的关键。造纸污泥在工业窑炉协同处置的过程中会发生复杂的物理化学转化,产生NO_(x)等污染。探究工业窑炉协同处置造纸污泥过程中NO_(x)的生成机理,分析其含氮官能团的赋存形态和迁移特性,可为控制NO_(x)污染排放提供新的思路。本文通过核磁共振(NMR)分析和梯度温度倒推法等手段,对造纸污泥及不同温度热解情况下含氮官能团的转化和迁移进行深入分析。结果表明,含氮官能团的释放主要集中在250~300℃。200~250℃释放亚胺和R_(3)—CN=、RCH_(2)—N=,250~300℃释放硫脲、R 2CH—N=、RCH_(2)—N=、R_(3)C—N=,300~350℃释放CH_(3)—N=、碳化二亚胺和氰酸酯,350~400℃释放硫氰酸酯、异氰酸酯和CH_(3)—N=。TGA/DSC曲线分析进一步证实了这些官能团的释放,研究成果可为环境治理和工艺优化提供参考。Under the dual carbon goals,coordinated governance of air pollution is the key to promoting the comprehensive green transformation of industry.Papermaking sludge undergoes complex physical and chemical transformations during the coordinated disposal of industrial kilns,producing NO_(x)and other pollution.Exploring the generation mechanism of NO_(x)in the process of coordinated disposal of papermaking sludge by industrial kilns and analyzing the form and migration characteristics of its nitrogen-containing functional groups can provide new ideas for controlling NO_(x)pollution emissions.In this paper,the transformation and migration of nitrogen-containing functional groups in papermaking sludge and pyrolysis at different temperatures were analyzed by means of nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)analysis and gradient temperature inversion method.The results show that the release of nitrogen-containing functional groups is mainly concentrated in the temperature range of 250℃to 300℃.From 200℃to 250℃,imine and R_(3)C—N=,RCH_(2)—N=are released;from 250℃to 300℃,thiourea,R 2CH—N=,RCH_(2)—N=,R_(3)C—N=are released;from^(3)00℃to 350℃,CH_(3)—N=,carbodiimide and cyanate are released;from^(3)50℃to 400℃,thiocyanate,isocyanate and CH_(3)—N=are released.TGA/DSC curve analysis further confirm the release of these functional groups,providing a reference for further environmental governance and process optimization.
