摘  要:发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点,而人工智能正加速成为发展新质生产力的重要引擎。基于2010—2022年省级面板数据研究人工智能对新质生产力的影响效应及影响机制,结果发现:人工智能对新质生产力具有正向促进作用。这一结果在经过一系列稳健性检验及内生性处理后,依然成立;人工智能对新质生产力的影响存在门槛效应,呈现出“阶梯增长”特征;在数字基础设施完善、数字产业基础较好、知识产权保护适中以及科研投入强度较高的地区,人工智能对新质生产力的促进作用更大;人工智能通过核心技术创新、产业结构升级和要素配置优化促进新质生产力提升。Developing new quality productive forces is an inherent requirement and an important focus for promoting high-quality development,and artificial intelligence is accelerating its role as an important engine for developing new quality productive forces.This study,based on provincial panel data from 2010 to 2022,examines the impact effects and impact mechanisms of artificial intelligence on new quality productive forces.The findings are as follows:Artificial intelligence has a positive promotional effect on new quality productive forces,which remains valid after a series of robustness tests and endogeneity treatment;Artificial intelligence has a threshold effect on new quality productive forces,exhibiting a"stepwise growth"feature;Heterogeneity tests show that in regions with well-developed digital infrastructure,strong digital industry foundations,moderate protection of intellectual property rights,and high intensity of scientific research investment,artificial intelligence's promotional effect on new quality productive forces is greater;Mechanism tests show that artificial intelligence promotes new quality productive forces by means of core technology innovation,industrial structure upgrading,and factor allocation optimization.
