摘　　要：中国式农业农村现代化是整体现代化的重要根基。基于五个“特色”视角构建中国式农业农村现代化评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法测度2006—2022年全国及省级层面的中国式农业农村现代化水平;在此基础上,运用泰尔指数、收敛模型、空间计量以及障碍度模型对中国式农业农村现代化水平的时空演变特征及主要影响因素进行研究。研究发现,考察期内中国30个省级行政区的中国式农业农村现代化水平均不断提升,高、中、低水平省份的地区分布不均衡,且全国及区域内部差异均呈现逐渐收敛之势;区域间中国式农业农村现代化发展水平具有空间集聚特征,且期末与期初相比,空间格局并未发生明显变化。因此,应紧扣中国具有超大规模人口的基本国情,坚持以“以人为中心”为中国式农业农村现代化的价值取向;尽快补齐乡村精神文明建设短板;始终坚持绿色发展理念,构建包容与公平的制度保障体系,推进中国式农业农村现代化发展。Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization serves as a crucial foundation for compre-hensive modernization.This study constructs an evaluation index system for Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization based on five“distinctive features”perspectives.The entropy-weighted TOPSIS method is employed to measure its development level at national and provincial levels in China from 2006 to 2022.Subsequently,the Theil index,σconvergence model,spatial econometrics,and obstacle degree model are ap-plied to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics and key influencing factors.Findings reveal that:(1)The modernization level of all 30 provinces(municipalities/regions)improved continuously during the study period,yet regional distribution of high-,medium-,and low-level provinces remains unbalanced,with both national and intra-regional disparities showing convergent trends;(2)Interregional development exhibits spatial agglomeration characteristics,with no significant changes in spatial patterns between the initial and final study phases.Therefore,policies should align with China’s national reality of an ultra-large population,uphold a“people-centered”value orientation,address shortcomings in rural cultural-ethical development,per-sist in green development principles,and establish inclusive and equitable institutional safeguards to advance Chinese-style agricultural and rural modernization.
