摘  要:【目标】探究氧化石墨烯对水性环氧树脂涂层防腐性能的影响。【方法】在水性环氧树脂涂层中分别加入0%,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%,0.9%掺量的氧化石墨烯,通过扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪对氧化石墨烯水性环氧树脂涂层的微观性能进行了表征,同时对涂层改性前后的耐腐蚀性能、黏结性能和吸水率进行了测试。【结果】氧化石墨烯的加入有效填补了涂料的孔隙缺陷,但随着氧化石墨烯含量的增加,涂层微观形貌呈现出疏松—致密—疏松的趋势,0.3%氧化石墨烯含量的涂层结构最致密;加入氧化石墨烯后羰基、羟基和羧基减少,环氧基增加,这表明氧化石墨烯与水性环氧树脂之间存在化学键合,使二者之间的结合更加牢固;0.3%氧化石墨烯含量的改性涂层经过酸碱盐溶液腐蚀后,表面的孔隙和裂纹最少,腐蚀程度最低,显著提高了涂层的防腐性能;0.3%氧化石墨烯含量的涂层的附着力及经过酸碱盐溶液腐蚀后的附着力均显著高于其他氧化石墨烯含量的涂层,且吸水率为最低。【结论】氧化石墨烯的掺入显著改善了水性环氧树脂涂层的防腐性能,且当氧化石墨烯掺量为0.3%时,涂层综合性能最优。[Objective]The study investigates the influence of graphene oxide on anti-corrosion performance of waterborne epoxy resin coating.[Method]0%,0.1%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%,0.9%contents of graphene oxide were added to waterborne epoxy resin coating respectively.The microscopic properties of graphene oxide waterborne epoxy resin coating were characterized by using scanning electron microscope and FTIR spectrometer.In addition,the corrosion resistance,bonding property,and water absorption of coatings before and after modification were tested.[Result]Graphene oxide successfully fills the pore defects of coatings;however,with the increase of graphene oxide content,the coating microstructure shows a trend from loose to dense and then to loose again.The coating with 0.3%graphene oxide content has the best effect.After the addition of graphene oxide,the carbonyl,hydroxyl and carboxyl groups decrease,and the epoxy groups increase.There is a chemical bond between graphene oxide and waterborne epoxy resin,which makes the combination more solid.After the modified coating with 0.3%graphene oxide content is corroded in acid-base salt solution,the surface pores and cracks are the least,and the corrosion degree is the lowest.That significantly improves the corrosion resistance of coatings.The adhesion of coatings with 0.3%graphene oxide content and the adhesion after acid-base salt solution corrosion are both higher than those with other graphene oxide contents;while the water absorption is also the lowest.[Conclusion]Graphene oxide significantly enhances the anti-corrosion performance of waterborne epoxy resin coatings.The coating with 0.3%graphene oxide content exhibits the optimum comprehensive properties.
