云南SRX柔性基层沥青路面典型结构研究

摘  要:【目标】为推进SRX聚合物材料在道路工程中的应用,结合云南省的交通条件与气候特点,提出SRX聚合物稳定级配碎石基层沥青路面的典型结构。【方法】通过数值模拟计算,分析SRX柔性基层沥青路面结构的力学响应规律,运用BISAR3.0软件计算分析SRX聚合物稳定碎石柔性基层沥青路面结构在车辆荷载下的力学响应规律。结合云南气候特点,划分云南省的气候区域图,通过结构设计计算,由不同路面结构参数产生的力学效应大致相同;划分土基强度等级、交通等级和SRX聚合物基层模量等级,在此基础上设计并推荐了适用于不同公路等级、交通等级、土基等级与不同气候下的SRX聚合物稳定级配碎石基层沥青路面典型结构。【结果】沥青混合料层层底拉应变随着面层和底基层厚度的增加而减小,随着基层厚度的增加而增大;而当水泥稳定碎石底基层厚度达到25 cm后,对沥青混合料层层底拉应变的影响甚微。无机结合料稳定层层底拉应力随着面层、基层、底基层的厚度的增加而减小,且SRX聚合物稳定级配碎石基层厚度达到30 cm后层底拉应力迅速降低。【结论】考虑工程经济性确定水泥稳定碎石底基层最佳厚度为25 cm。研究结果为SRX柔性基层沥青路面工程提供了参考。[Objective]To promote the application of SRX polymer materials in road engineering,this paper proposes a typical structure of SRX polymer stabilized graded gravel base asphalt pavement in combination with traffic and climate characteristics in Yunnan,China.[Method]The mechanical response rule of SRX flexible base asphalt pavement structure was analyzed with numerical simulation.BISAR3.0 software was used to calculate and analyze the mechanical response of SRX polymer stabilized gravel flexible base asphalt pavement structure under vehicle load.Based on the climate characteristics of Yunnan,the climate zoning map of Yunnan was divided.By structural design calculation,the mechanical effects generated with different road structure parameters were roughly the same.The soil subgrade strength grades,traffic grades and SRX polymer base layer modulus grades were divided.Based on this,the typical structure of asphalt pavement of SRX polymer stabilized graded gravel base layer suitable for different highway grades,traffic grades,subgrade grades and different climates were designed and recommended.[Result]The tensile strain of asphalt mixture layer bottom decreases with the increase of thickness of surface layer and base layer,and increases with the increase of base layer thickness.When the thickness of cement stabilized gravel base reaches 25 cm,the tensile strain of asphalt mixture layer bottom layer has little effect.The tensile stress at bottom of stabilized layer with inorganic binder decreases with the increase of thickness of surface layer,base layer and base layer;and the tensile stress at layer bottom decreases rapidly when the thickness of SRX polymer stabilized graded gravel base reaches 30 cm.[Conclusion]Considering the engineering economy,the optimum thickness of cement stabilized gravel base is determined to be 25 cm.The study result provides a reference for SRX flexible base asphalt pavement projects.
