摘 要:【目标】完善现有沥青路面智能压实质量评价方法和指标。【方法】采用加速度传感和定位系统构建沥青路面智能压实系统,提出适用于沥青路面的纵向分区碾压方案。在分析计算加速度信号得到振动,压实值的基础上,建立振动压实值与沥青路面压实度的关系模型,并提出标准偏移率、最近邻点指数及变异系数指标,对沥青路面压实质量进行全面评价。【结果】随着压实次数的增多,振动压实值的均值变化幅度逐渐减小,沥青路面最大压实次数可参考振动压实值的变化。振动压实值与沥青路面压实度之间具有较好相关性,相关系数为0.72。【结论】标准偏移率考虑不合格区域的振动压实值与目标值的差值大小,最近邻点指数考虑不合格区域的分散程度,变异系数考虑不合格区域的变化幅度,三者分别适用于评价沥青路面压实程度、均匀程度及稳定程度的压实质量,优化了现有的沥青路面智能压实质量评价方法。[Objective]To improve the existing intelligent compaction quality evaluation methods and indicators for asphalt pavement.[Method]An intelligent compaction system for asphalt pavement was constructed by using acceleration sensing and positioning systems.A longitudinal zoning compaction scheme suitable for asphalt pavement was proposed.Based on the vibration compaction values obtained with analysis and calculation on acceleration signals,a relation model between vibration compaction values and asphalt pavement compaction degrees was established.The standard deviation rate,nearest neighbor index,and coefficient of variation indicators were proposed to comprehensively evaluate the asphalt pavement compaction quality.[Result]With the increase of compaction times,the variation amplitude of vibration compaction mean value gradually decreases.The asphalt pavement maximum compaction times can refer to the variation on vibration compaction value.There is a good correlation between vibration compaction value and compaction degree of asphalt pavement,with a correlation coefficient of 0.72.[Conclusion]The standard deviation rate considers the differences between vibration compaction value of unqualified area and target value.The nearest neighbor index considers the dispersion degree of unqualified area,and the coefficient of variation considers the variation amplitude of unqualified area.They are respectively applicable to evaluate the compaction quality of asphalt pavement compaction degree,uniformity degree,and stability degree,optimizing the existing intelligent compaction quality evaluation methods for asphalt pavement.
