摘　　要：【目标】明晰高速公路品质工程建设中的主要责任主体,揭示各主体影响工程品质的因素及其作用机理,以期为高速公路品质工程建设提供理论依据。【方法】结合高速公路工程实际情况,明确高速公路工程项目的主要三方责任主体为建设单位、施工单位与勘察设计单位,从三方责任主体的视角出发,识别出28个高速公路工程品质的影响因素,采用主成分分析法将其划分为6个维度。在界定高速公路工程品质内涵的基础上,得到其衡量指标。结合标准化管理理论以及政府品质工程监管行为,并根据高速公路品质工程的相关研究成果提出研究假设,构建结构方程模型进行实证分析。【结果】建设单位品质管理理念、建设单位品质管理能力、施工单位综合实力、施工单位品质管理能力、勘察设计单位综合实力、勘察设计单位品质化设计理念对高速公路工程品质均有正向影响,其中建设单位品质管理能力与施工单位品质管理能力的影响程度位居前两位;标准化管理在三方责任主体因素与高速公路工程品质之间均为不完全中介效应;政府品质工程监管在三方责任主体影响因素与高速公路工程品质之间均具有正向调节效应。【结论】从三方责任主体的视角,提出了针对性的工程品质提升措施,为高速公路工程项目各参建单位提升现代工程管理理念、提升工程品质管理水平,实现高速公路品质工程创建目标提供参考。[Objective]To clarify the main liability subjects in expressway quality engineering constructions,and reveal the influencing factors and mechanisms that affect engineering quality of each subject,this study aims to provide the theoretical basis for expressway quality engineering constructions.[Method]This paper combines the actual situation of expressway engineering,and clarifies that the main three liability subjects of expressway engineering projects are development unit,construction unit,survey and design unit.From the perspective of core tripartite liability subject,28 influencing factors of expressway engineering quality were identified and divided into 6 dimensions by using principal component analysis.On the basis of defining the essence of expressway engineering quality,the indicators of engineering quality were obtained.Combining standardized management theory and government quality engineering supervision behavior,and based on the relevant study results of expressway quality engineering,the study hypothesis was put forward and the structural equation model was constructed for empirical analysis.[Result]The quality management concept of development unit,quality management ability of development unit,comprehensive strength of construction unit,quality management ability of construction unit,comprehensive strength of survey and design unit,quality design concept of survey and design unit have positive influences on the expressway engineering quality.Among them,the quality management ability of development unit and construction unit rank the first two.Standardization management has incomplete mediating effect between three main factors of responsibility and expressway engineering quality.Government quality engineering supervision has a positive regulating effect between the influencing factors of three liability subjects and the expressway engineering quality.[Conclusion]From the perspective of tripartite liability body,it puts forward the targeted measures to improve the engineering quality.That provides t
