摘  要:【目标】研究混合加固法在提升劣化开裂小箱梁桥承载力方面的应用效果,以解决单一加固方法对构件性能提升效果单一、适用范围有限的问题。【方法】研究通过统计分析小箱梁桥常见开裂部位及裂缝特征,揭示了开裂病害对桥梁承载力的退化机理,探讨了现有加固手段的效果,并提出了混合加固法在提升承载力方面的优势。以某预应力混凝土小箱梁为例,分析了其承载力退化机理并设计了相应的混合加固方案,通过荷载试验验证了混合加固法在提升桥梁承载力方面的效果。【结果】混合加固法能够显著提高小箱梁桥的抗弯承载能力,修复构件裂缝病害,增强桥梁抗弯刚度,基于开裂机理设计的混合加固方案使抗弯承载力提高了14%,跨中挠度降低率在15%~45%之间,单一加固方法的最高降低率为35%。不同混合加固方案对抗弯刚度的提升效果存在差异,并非所有混合加固法均优于单一加固方法。【结论】混合加固法具有较强的适应性,可根据不同裂缝病害特征和退化程度灵活选择加固手段,实现更为显著的加固效果,为小箱梁桥的长期服役提供了更加可靠的技术保障,具有广泛的应用前景。[Objective]Study the application effect of hybrid reinforcement methods for enhancing the bearing capacity of deteriorated cracked small box girder bridges,in order to solve the problem of single reinforcement method,which has the single effect on components’performance improvement and the limited application scope.[Method]By statistically analyzing the common cracking parts and crack characteristics of small box girder bridges,the deterioration mechanism of bridge bearing capacity due to cracking diseases was revealed.The effects of existing reinforcement methods were discussed.The advantages of hybrid reinforcement method for enhancing bearing capacity were proposed.Taking a prestressed concrete box girder for example,the deterioration mechanism of bearing capacity was analyzed.The corresponding hybrid reinforcement scheme was designed.The effect of hybrid reinforcement method for improving bridge bearing capacity was verified through the load test.[Method]The hybrid reinforcement method can significantly improve the flexural capacity of small box girder bridges,repair the component crack diseases,and enhance the bridge flexural stiffness.The hybrid reinforcement scheme,designed based on the cracking mechanism,can increase the flexural capacity by 14%.The mid-span deflection reduction rate is 15%-45%.The maximum reduction rate with single reinforcement method is 35%.Different hybrid reinforcement schemes have different effects on improving bending stiffness.Not all hybrid reinforcement methods are superior to the single reinforcement method.[Conclusion]The hybrid reinforcement method has strong adaptability,which can flexibly select reinforcement methods according to different crack disease characteristics and deterioration degree.It achieves more significant reinforcement effect,and provides more reliable technical support for the long-term service of small box girder bridges.With broad application prospects.
