摘 要:高等教育的学科专业结构是应国家重大战略、经济社会发展需求而生,是科技发展趋势和产业结构调整的直接反映。在分析国家战略、地方发展、行业转型等现实需求的基础上,结合传统金融学类专业建设中的痛难点问题,以河北金融学院省级应用型转型示范专业金融学专业的实践为例,提出“一体两翼三任务四对接五协同”的新金融应用转型逻辑框架,在专业建设、课程建设、师资队伍、实践教学和人才培养等方面成效显著,为金融学类专业应用型转型提供可推广可复制的模式。The discipline structure of higher education is shaped by national strategies and the demands of economic and social development,reflecting trends in technological advancement and industrial restructuring.The evolving needs of the nation,local regions,and industries call for high-quality,professional financial talents.To meet these demands,it is imperative to implement the applied transformation of finance majors in local universities.However,existing research on this transformation remains insufficient,lacking in-depth exploration and practical models for reference.This study analyzes the realistic demands arising from national strategies,local development,and industrial transformation,while addressing the challenges faced in the construction of traditional finance majors.Taking the practical experience of Hebei Finance University as an example,a new logical framework for the applied transformation of finance majors is proposed,characterized by"one core,two wings,three tasks,four alignments,and five synergies."This framework has demonstrated significant achievements in professional development,curriculum design,faculty development,practical teaching,and talent cultivation.It provides a replicable and scalable model for the applied transformation of finance majors.
