我国重点大学校长治校理念的内容、价值与启示——兼论朱九思、章开沅和钱伟长的教育思想

摘　　要：大学校长的治校理念就是大学校长对大学内部和外部治理时所坚守的理想和信念,它是引领大学变革与发展的思想旗帜。通过对朱九思、章开沅和钱伟长三位重点大学校长治校理念在教育观、科研观、人才观的比较分析发现:作为推动大学治理与变革的大学校长,需涵养独特个性的人格魅力、推动高等教育制度的创新和提高自身的专业素养,成为懂教育的政治家和讲政治的教育家。The governance philosophy of university presidents represents the ideals and beliefs they uphold in both internal and external university governance, serving as a guiding force for institutional reform and development. Through a comparative analysis of the educational, scientific research, and talent management philosophies of three prominent university presidents-Zhu Jiusi, Zhang Kaiyuan, and Qian Weichang-this study reveals that effective university presidents, who drive governance and transformation, must cultivate unique personal charisma, promote innovation in the higher education system, and enhance their professional competence. Ultimately, they should strive to become visionary leaders who understand education and embody the role of political educators.
