摘 要:大数据技术的广泛应用给高校图书馆信息资源管理带来了新挑战,主要体现为“数据资源—技术工具—人员素质”的系统性错配。为解决这一问题,应构建以平台支撑为基础、资源重构为核心、安全管控为保障、人才培育为动力的多维协同机制。同时通过分层技术架构实现数据全流程管理,依托动态数据分析驱动馆藏精准配置,建立加密防护与权限控制相结合的安全体系,完善分层培训与人才引育的素养提升路径,最终实现高校图书馆信息资源管理的不断优化。The integration of big data technologies poses new challenges to data governance effectiveness and systemic coordination in university library information management. Current practices reveal critical disparities between data infrastructure, technical capabilities, and workforce competencies. This study proposes a four-dimensional collaborative framework comprising: 1) platform-driven infrastructure development, 2) knowledge-centric resource reorganization, 3) multilayered security governance, and 4) sustainable talent cultivation. Implementation strategies include deploying a modular technical architecture for lifecycle data governance, utilizing predictive analytics for collection optimization, implementing blockchain-enhanced encryption with role-based access controls, and developing competency matrices through adaptive training ecosystems. These synergistic interventions demonstrate significant potential to advance data-informed decision-making in academic library operations.
