家庭经济资本对高校毕业生就业质量的影响研究——以人力资本为中介的分析

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业质量是衡量教育成效与社会公平的关键指标。基于“高校毕业生跨区域就业流动的特征及影响机制”调查数据发现:毕业生的家庭经济资本和人力资本对就业质量的影响具有综合性,且两者均显著正向预测毕业生就业质量,但家庭经济资本高的毕业生更占优势;人力资本中的政治面貌、学历层次在毕业生家庭经济资本与就业质量间具有显著中介作用。为了促进高质量就业,首先要在积极发挥家庭经济资本作用的同时努力减少不平等带来的负面影响;其次要积极提升人力资本,增强个体竞争力与就业能力。The employment quality of college graduates serves as a critical indicator for evaluating educational outcomes and social equity.Based on survey data from"Characteristics and Mechanisms of Cross-Regional Employment Mobility Among College Graduates,"this study reveals the following findings:(1)Family economic capital exerts a significant positive influence on graduates'employment quality.(2)Both family economic capital and human capital collectively predict employment quality,with higher family economic capital conferring distinct advantages to graduates.(3)Political affiliation and educational attainment exhibit significant mediating roles between family economic capital and employment quality.To promote high-quality employment,policymakers should focus on two priorities:first,actively leverage the positive role of family economic capital while mitigating inequality-related negative impacts;second,enhance human capital development to strengthen individual competitiveness and employability.
